Where is Platform 9¾? Wayfinding in Swiss Railway Stations.
When you are travelling to unknown realms, wayfinding and orientation are a crucial part of your journey. The Swiss Federal Railways (SBB) provide maps, situation plans and signage to guide the passengers along their way.
In this case study we show the design challenges that we faced after conducting several research activities, how IA can help us to overcome them and what we can expect from eye tracking, AR and game design.
