Miguel Castillo is a user research apprentice at DIA Design Guild. He has a BA in Psychology and five years of experience in customer service and technical support at Apple and his city’s Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. His passion for technology and psychology has led him to UX research, a field he is working towards transitioning into. He is based in Sacramento, California, United States.
